Royal Home Improvement is a proud contributor to Dwell Magazine’s No. 1 home for 2017! Our team in northwest Arkansas provided and installed all the windows for this award-winning home.
Throughout the year, designers, architects, and homeowners can share their projects and homes to Dwell’s “Add a Home” page. Asha Mevlana and Ryan Van Duzer submitted their home to Dwell and the rest is history. The final list compiled 20 homes that were chosen from the Dwell community and their editors.
We’re thrilled we were able to play a role by providing and installing all of the windows in the tiny house that received the number one spot. Asha said, “the light in the home has turned out to be among my favorite features.” “I love the light,” she said. “That was one of my biggest concerns, and one of the things Zack recommended was to include a lot of windows.”
This home located in Fayetteville, Arkansas is truly fascinating. From the built-in amp (yes, that amp actually works!) that allows for cozy concerts, to the garage doors that let light flood in, this home is truly one of a kind. With only 400 square feet, this home is more spacious than you might think. The separation of the amplified unit allows for adventure. It’s built on wheels – bon voyage! Not only is the architecture astounding, the personal features and touches make this home extremely unique. For example, the recording studio on wheels is fit with recycled denim, making the room soundproof and perfect for recording music.
